AB Meat quality parameters were compared in electrically stunned pigs. Stunning was performed with high voltages, supplied either with a pair of tongs (300 V) or with an automatic stunning device (680 V). Considering the differences in carcass grading between the two groups, it could not be concluded that the two types of electrical stunning affect pork quality differently
