AB Three cases of subacute spongiform encephalopathy or Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease are reported. One of them was confirmed by pathological examinations. These cases had typical symptoms clinical signs and courses. In the peak, progressing period of the disease the EEG all showed persistent, periodical bursts. This type of paroxysm was considered to be of much value in diagnosing these cases.
